BOISE, Idaho – The Idaho Technology Council announced that its annual Capital Connect Conference will take place on April 26, 2022 at Boise State University’s Simplot Ballroom. Entrepreneurs, investors and community members are invited to register online at idahotechcouncil.eventbrite.com.
Since its inception, the Capital Connect Conference has strengthened Idaho’s capital network by teaching entrepreneurs about raising capital, spotlighting Idaho’s fastest-growing companies and helping investors identify opportunities. This year’s conference theme, INVESTED IDAHO, will highlight the investments being made and those who are investing in Idaho’s future.
Conference speakers represent Idaho’s most successful companies and prominent investors, including:
Following these speakers, some of Idaho’s most innovative companies will deliver speed presentations before the annual Idaho Deal Flow Report is revealed. This report breaks down capital flow across the Gem State and includes mergers and acquisitions, private placement and public market transactions. Capital Connect co-chair and Alturas CEO Blake Hansen will share highlights from this report and explain what industries are receiving investment dollars from capital providers.
Hansen said, “The Capital Connect Conference is our way of ringing the bell, telling the stories about Idaho founders and innovators who are starting and scaling companies. These are the companies that will be the foundation of the local business community for decades to come. It’s hard to say that you don’t want to be a part of the energy and excitement of these founders, companies, and stories.”
The 2022 Capital Connect Conference is made possible through presenting sponsors Alturas and Wilson Sonsini; network sponsor BR Wealth Management; and select sponsors Boise State University, Deloitte, ICCU, KeyBank, KILN, St. Luke’s, and TechCU.
