Developing the Leader Within You 2.0, by John C. Maxwell. Reveals how to develop the vision, value, influence, and motivation required of successful leaders. Explores the 10 foundational lessons for becoming a great leader and encourages you to take the next step in your leadership journey.

Building Evolutionary Architectures, by Neal Ford, Rebecca Parsons, and Patrick Kua. Provides a logical framework for identifying and protecting parts of the architecture that evolve: identify the important dimensions, define fitness functions to ensure compliance, and use incremental change engineering practices such as deployment pipelines to automatically verify fitness.

Man’s Search for Meaning, by Viktor E. Frankl. Chronicles his experiences as a prisoner in Nazi concentration camps during World War II, and describes his psychotherapeutic method, which involves identifying a purpose in life to feel positive about, and then immersively imagining that outcome.
